Et Marketing in Singapore is seeking confident telesales specialists to engage with HR, Finance, and decision-makers. This role focuses on B2B outreach to start conversations about employee benefits renewals and to arrange appointments for consultants.

You will call companies, navigate gatekeepers, identify decision-makers, and explain the value of reviewing group medical, insurance, and wellness programs to generate interest.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B telesales or corporate cold calling
• Comfort speaking with HR, Finance, and business owners
• Understanding of corporate insurance or employee benefits is a plus
• Ability to handle gatekeepers professionally
• Clear speaking voice and professional phone etiquette
• Resilience and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently following call scripts

Responsibilities

• Call companies to introduce our corporate employee benefits review services and initiate conversations
• Speak with gatekeepers, HR, Finance, and management-level contacts to build rapport
• Identify renewal cycles and decision-makers for outreach
• Explain value of reviewing employee benefit plans to generate interest
• Set qualified appointments for corporate consultants
• Record call outcomes and notes in CRM accurately
