ET MARKETING PTE LTD is seeking confident and professional telesales specialists to engage HR, Finance, and decision-makers in companies for B2B outreach on employee benefits renewal and to set appointments for our consultants.

You will call companies to introduce our corporate employee benefits review services, handle gatekeepers professionally, identify renewal cycles, explain the value of reviews, and record outcomes in CRM. Flexible hours and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B telesales or corporate cold calling.
• Ability to speak with HR, Finance teams and business owners.
• Understanding of corporate insurance or employee benefits is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Call companies to introduce our employee benefits review services and start conversations.
• Speak with HR, Finance, and management-level contacts to build rapport.
• Identify renewal cycles and decision-makers for outreach.
• Explain the value of reviewing benefit plans to generate interest.
• Set qualified appointments for corporate consultants.
• Record call outcomes and notes in CRM or tracking sheet.
