Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Application Solution Architect with basic DB knowledge to lead cloud modernization efforts. You will host and configure apps on IIS and migrate them to Azure PaaS, leveraging Azure App Service, Functions and AKS.

You will guide a team of engineers, analyze dependencies, and ensure best-practice cloud adoption. The role requires hands-on Azure, containerization, and database familiarity (SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL) with a strong focus on delivering

Qualifications

10 years of development and app modernization experience.
Experience hosting and configuring applications on IIS.
Experience modernizing apps to Azure PaaS with migration experience.
Expertise in Azure PaaS services and containerization.
Ability to guide and lead a team of 5+ members.

Responsibilities

Lead and guide a technical team of 5+ members during migrations.
Analyze application architecture, dependencies and integrations.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architect and DevOps teams to ensure cloud adoption best practices.
Design Azure Landing Zone and target state solution architecture.
Assess application performance pre and post migration.
