Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, while delivering on-site and remote IT support including onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and vendor coordination.

You will ensure network connectivity, patching, security monitoring, asset inventories, and alignment with IT governance. Experience with Microsoft 365/M365/O365 and Azure Cloud is required; regional support is a plus.

Qualifications

Experience in Microsoft 365 / M365 / O365 administration and Azure Cloud.
Experience in regional support will be of added advantage.
Cyber security experience will be of advantage and not a key requirement.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
Deliver on-site and remote IT support, handling user onboarding/offboarding, device setup, collaboration systems, and vendor coordination.
Ensure local network connectivity, Wi-Fi stability, system patching, and support business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Monitor endpoint protection, execute vulnerability remediation, handle access reviews, and assist with cybersecurity incident containment.
Maintain complete IT asset inventories, tracking equipment lifecycle, maintenance records, and secure hardware disposal.
Drive operational improvements by analyzing service trends, managing IT service tickets, and ensuring alignment with IT governance policies.
