Job summary

Helius Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Cloud Engineer focused on Azure infrastructure and migrations. You will translate architectural blueprints into Terraform code to build and secure Azure environments, while migrating applications and data from local servers into Azure during planned waves.

The role emphasizes automation, reliability, and collaboration with architects, security teams, and developers to ensure smooth operation and ongoing optimization of cloud services.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in IT or cloud engineering.
• Hands‑on skills in Azure (AZ-104 level).
• Strong grasp of networking, VMs, security and migration steps.
• AZ-104 certification or Terraform certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Azure networking, VMs, storage and security using Terraform.

About the role

You are a hands‑on builder and mover for Azure. Your main job is to take an architect's blueprint, write the code (Terraform) to build the Azure environment, move physical/on‑premise servers into Azure, and make sure everything runs smoothly afterward.

• Deploy Azure networking, VMs, storage, and security using Terraform and s
• Move company applications and data from local servers into Azure during planned migration waves
• Write code to handle repetitive deployment and maintenance tasks so things run faster and with fewer errors
• Keep the cloud secure, monitor performance, apply patches, and troubleshoot issues when things break
• Partner with architects, security teams, and app developers to plan and execute projects

About you

• 4–8 years in IT or cloud engineering
• Strong hands‑on skills in Azure (AZ-104 level), Terraform, and ing (PowerShell/Azure CLI)
• Solid grasp of networking, VMs, security (Entra ID/RBAC), and migration steps
• AZ-104 certification or Terraform certifications (plus points)
