Job summary

SimplyGo Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Azure-focused operations. You will manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, handle incidents, and support 24/7 operations.

You will work in a hybrid environment with 1–2 years of related experience, and gain exposure to automation, IaC, and security best practices across Windows/Linux servers, SFTP platforms, and batch processing.

Qualifications

1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
Certification in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and related Azure credentials.
Training in Information Computer Science or related engineering field.

Responsibilities

Manage Azure cloud infrastructure including tenant administration and monitoring.
Provide L1/L2 operational support and 24/7 incident management.
Troubleshoot cloud, SFTP, and batch processing issues across environments.
Maintain documentation, run RCA, and implement preventive actions.
Support access governance, audits, and compliance initiatives.
Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
