Job summary

Krisvconsulting Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to monitor and optimize Azure AI cloud platforms in Singapore. You will respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support disaster recovery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in CS/Engineering and 1-2 years of cloud operations experience, with hands-on knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and IaC tools like Terraform, Bicep, and ARM. Strong scripting (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of cloud operations experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights.
• Skills in IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure (AKS, GPU VMs, pipelines, model hosting).
• Problem-solving and communication skills, especially under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor availability, detect outages, and optimize performance of Azure AI cloud platforms
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support disaster recovery/business continuity
• Ensure compliance with security audits, policies, and regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with MLOps/LLMOps teams to integrate automation, observability, and security best practices
