Job summary

A leading cloud solutions provider in Singapore seeks an experienced AWS Platform Lead to oversee AWS account onboarding into their AWS Landing Zone. This role ensures compliance and security across all new accounts and requires strong AWS knowledge, excellent communication, and experience in enterprise IT operations. Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise scale IT operations, cloud service delivery, or project management (AWS experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of AWS Control Tower, AWS Organizations, IAM, networking, and core security services.
• Familiarity with CIS Benchmarks, AWS Well-Architected Framework, and security best practices.
• Proven ability to manage structured workflows and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the AWS account onboarding process from request intake to production readiness.
• Work closely with application and business teams to understand requirements and timelines.
• Validate that CIS and AWS Foundational Security Best Practices are met before handover.
• Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related queries.
