Job summary

STAR CAREER CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Lead to manage the onboarding of new AWS accounts and workloads in Singapore. You will oversee the provisioning of AWS accounts according to compliance and security standards and serve as a point of communication for onboarding queries.

The ideal candidate will have strong AWS expertise, project management skills, and an understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code principles. This role requires excellent communication and a proactive approach toward process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise scale IT operations and cloud service delivery.
• Strong understanding of AWS governance and security standards.
• Proven ability to manage structured workflows and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage the AWS account onboarding process with various teams.
• Oversee AWS account provisioning ensuring baseline controls are enforced.
• Validate security best practices before handover.
• Act as POC for onboarding status updates and documentation.
• Identify improvements and automation in onboarding workflows.
