Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an AWS & OS System Engineer (L2) for a 24x7 shared support role.

You will monitor queues, respond to incidents, and provide second-line EC2 administration and OS support for Windows and Linux systems. The position emphasizes patching, hardening, IAM, monitoring and operational troubleshooting. You will operate in a 24x7 shared model and may support project work as needed, ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA and changes are performed with proper backout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
• Required certification: AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate.
• Additional certifications (RHCSA/RHCE, MS Windows Server certs, ITIL) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor queues, incidents and service requests in a 24x7 environment.
• Provide EC2 administration and OS support for Windows and Linux.
• Patch, harden and manage changes per approved procedures.
• Assist backups, recovery and validation of outcomes.
• Handle IAM/access tasks and document actions in tickets.
• Coordinate with resolver groups and clients during restorations.
