is seeking an hands-on AWS Network Engineer to design, implement, secure, and maintain cloud and hybrid network infrastructure supporting enterprise applications and mission-critical systems. You will collaborate with cloud architects, cybersecurity teams, and operations to deliver scalable AWS networking solutions, automate infrastructure with IaC, and ensure high availability and robust security.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Computing, Electrical Engineering, Info Systems/IT, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in network engineering, with hands-on exposure to AWS or hybrid cloud networking.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, VPN, routing, and load balancing.
Experience with AWS networking services such as VPC, Transit Gateway, Route 53, PrivateLink, Direct Connect, and Elastic Load Balancing.
Experience configuring cloud network connectivity and hybrid environments.
Knowledge of network segmentation, traffic filtering, firewall policies, and access controls.
Experience with IaC and automation: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible.
Understanding of high availability, performance optimization, troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Zero Trust principles.
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Good Windows and Linux server networking concepts.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving; good communication.
Ability to collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project teams.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, deploy, and maintain AWS VPC environments.
Manage AWS networking components: subnets, route tables, security groups, NACLs.
Implement secure, scalable, highly available cloud network architectures.
Configure hybrid connectivity between on‑prem and AWS.
Manage AWS Direct Connect, Site-to-Site VPN, Transit Gateway, and related gateways.
Configure DNS, DHCP, routing, and connectivity services.
Support cloud provisioning and network integration activities.
Maintain network security controls per security policies.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents.
Document topology diagrams and run change management.
