Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Cloud/Infrastructure Engineer to lead on-prem to AWS migrations across servers, databases, and applications. You will design landing zones, set up secure networks, and automate infrastructure using Terraform within a CI/CD framework.

You will validate migrations, monitor replication and performance, and optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and thorough runbooks are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure/cloud engineering.
• Hands-on experience in on-prem to AWS migration projects.
• Strong expertise in AWS MGN (Application Migration Service).
• Strong knowledge of AWS services: EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Route 53.
• Strong understanding of networking: subnets, routing, VPN, Direct Connect.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Scripting knowledge: Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-prem to AWS migrations for servers, applications, and databases.
• Design and implement AWS landing zones and aligned environments.
• Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate migrated workloads for performance, data integrity, and functionality; optimize resources for cost.
• Collaborate with application teams and maintain migration runbooks and documentation.
