Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is looking for an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer to manage AWS and Azure infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and security while driving continuous improvement of cloud services.

You will implement IaC, automate tasks with scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, Bash), monitor costs, and mentor junior engineers. Participate in on-call and major incident management as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT infrastructure or cloud operations experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting AWS and/or Microsoft Azure environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking, security, compute, storage, and monitoring services.
• Experience with cloud operational support, incident management, and problem management.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep.
• Experience with scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project teams, vendors, and customers on cloud-related activities.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor junior cloud engineers on cloud technologies, operational processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident management when required.
