Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore offers a Cloud and DevOps Engineer role to design, build, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile apps.

Work with developers, Tech Leads and PMs to ensure secure, scalable deployments, using IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Monitor systems and drive automation across deployment, monitoring and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in CS/IT/SE required.
• AWS certification and/or Kubernetes/ Terraform certifications desirable.
• 3–5 years hands-on DevOps/cloud experience on AWS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CodePipeline).
• Provision, configure and manage AWS infrastructure with IaC.
• Automate provisioning with Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible.
• Manage containers with Docker/Kubernetes/ECS/EKS.
• Set up monitoring/alerting (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
• Enforce security best practices (IAM, secrets, patching).
• Support release management, deployments and rollbacks.
• Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization.
• Troubleshoot issues across environments and document runbooks.
