Job summary

OCBC Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with senior business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver Global Markets initiatives aligned with enterprise objectives. You will own end-to-end business analysis across initiatives, including requirements definition, solution design, and delivery support.

You will drive roadmaps, perform deep-dive analyses, assess costs and benefits, and support investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Global Markets and Treasury products lifecycle.
• Experience to support Treasury Products development front-to-back and testing.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and document high-quality requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven with ownership mindset to deliver independently.
• Proficient with JIRA and Confluence for delivery workflows.
• Hands-on Murex experience is advantageous; office-based role.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted liaison between business and technology, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and deliver intended outcomes.
• Stay informed about the emerging trends in Global markets space, new and evolving technologies, sustainability initiatives to contribute to the success and relevance of the solutions in the rapidly changing business landscape.

  Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong understanding of Global Markets / Treasury products, including FX, FX Derivatives, Fixed Income, Equity and Derivatives and their end‑to‑end trade lifecycle.

  • Hands‑on experience to support Treasury Products development front‑to back and end‑to‑end testing.

  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, elicit and document requirements, and produce high‑quality functional specifications.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Self‑driven team player with strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver independently.

  • Working knowledge of delivery and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

  • Hands on Murex experience will be an added advantage.
