Job summary

BNI Securities Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Compliance and Risk Management professional in Singapore to support regulatory compliance, monitor financial crime risks, and oversee KYC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management in financial services.
• Familiarity with Securities and Futures Act and MAS expectations is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the overall regulatory compliance of the firm.
• Support monitoring activities including financial crime prevention and risk mitigation to ensure compliance.
• Maintain compliance checklist and calendar for regulatory submissions and deadlines.
• Perform compliance reviews including incident reports and whistleblowing investigations.
• Oversee client onboarding / KYC to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Contribute to firm-wide compliance training including AML training.
• Update policies to align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
