Job summary

DBS Asia Central is seeking a dedicated Project Finance specialist to support origination and execution of advisory and lending transactions. You will build and maintain detailed financial models and assist in credit processes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years in structured finance or project finance, strong credit and analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience in industry research. This is a full-time role based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors Degree, with at least 4-6 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in structured finance transactions; experience in project finance and investment banking would be an advantage
• Strong credit and financial analytical skills, experience in industry research
• Strong excel skills and aptitude for number crunching; experience in developing detailed and complex cash flow models

Responsibilities

• Creation, maintenance, and running sensitivities on detailed financial model in excel for transactions
• Preparation of credit application for transactions and assist in the internal credit process
• Assist in review of the loan documentation and with discussions internally with legal / corporate credit group as required
• Assist the team in pitching for transactions with preparation of pitch books, presentation materials, term sheets, mandate letters, non-disclosure agreements etc
• Assist the team in the due diligence activities including selection of independent consultants, preparation of scope of work, appointment, review of the due diligence reports
• Support activities in preparing industry review within various geographies and client expansion initiatives through identification of key players
• Pro-active monitoring and management of portfolio
• Ongoing review of the market developments and track activities in key markets
