Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, digital product delivery, or related roles in enterprise settings.
• Proven ability to develop strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for corporate or shared-service environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, MVP definition, and requirements documentation.
• Experience using data and product analytics to define KPIs and drive prioritization.
• Familiarity with enterprise domains like HCM, ERP, compliance, workflow automation, or internal tools.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and communicating with senior leadership.
• Understanding of API ecosystems, SaaS products, and legacy modernization.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision, value proposition, lifecycle plans, and roadmaps for enterprise platforms.
• Partner with executives, architects, engineering, security, data teams, and vendors to align priorities with strategy and risk.
• Own product discovery through user research, service design workshops, and process mapping.
• Own budgets, planning, forecasting, and benefits realization across the portfolio.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, epics, user stories, and PRDs for agile teams.
• Drive execution with Agile/Scrum, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and MVP scoping.
• Establish OKRs, KPIs, adoption metrics, and product analytics to measure value realization.
• Build business cases using ROI/TCO and support vendor selection and external partnerships.
• Lead SaaS evaluation, vendor governance, and integration strategy with APIs and data platforms.
• Embed data governance, privacy, access management, and risk considerations into product decisions.
• Champion change enablement, stakeholder communications, and user adoption plans.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to PM standards and continuous improvement.

Purpose and Scope

Lead the strategy, delivery,and optimization of enterprise products and platforms that improve operationalefficiency, governance, and employee experience across corporate functions,translating business priorities into scalable digital / AI solutions withmeasurable value.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision, value proposition,lifecycle plans, and multi-year roadmaps for enterprise platforms across Financetechnology, HR technology, ERP, compliance technology, internal tools, andbusiness applications.
• Partner with executive stakeholders, business owners,architecture, engineering, security, data, operations, and vendors to alignproduct priorities with corporate strategy, risk requirements, and targetbusiness outcomes.
• Own product discovery by conducting user research,service design workshops, process mapping, and problem framing to identifyhigh-value opportunities and validate solution options.
• Own product budgets, including annual planning,forecasting, business case development, spend tracking, benefits realization,and investment prioritization across the product portfolio.
• Translate business and user needs into clear productrequirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs to supportagile delivery teams.
• Drive execution through Agile and Scrum practices,including backlog prioritization, sprint planning input, release planning,dependency management, and MVP scoping.
• Establish and track OKRs, KPIs, adoption metrics,operational performance indicators, and product analytics to measure valuerealization and inform roadmap decisions.
• Build business cases using ROI, TCO, risk, andoperational impact analysis to support investment decisions, sequencing, andvendor selection.
• Lead vendor evaluation, SaaS assessment, commercialcollaboration, and third-party delivery governance to ensure solutions meetbusiness, technical, and compliance requirements.
• Guide integration strategy across APIs, enterprisesystems, data platforms, and legacy environments to improve interoperability,data quality, and end-to-end process performance.
• Embed data governance, privacy-by-design, accesscontrol, and compliance considerations into product decisions in partnershipwith relevant control and assurance functions.
• Champion change enablement, stakeholder communications,training strategy, and user adoption plans to support successful rollout andsustained business adoption.
• Mentor junior product team members and contribute toproduct management standards, ways of working, and continuous improvementacross the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems,computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practicalexperience.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, digitalproduct delivery, or related roles, including experience leading enterprise orinternal platforms in complex organizations.
• Demonstrated experience developing product strategies,roadmaps, and business cases for corporate, enterprise, or shared-serviceenvironments.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery, Scrumpractices, product discovery, MVP definition, and requirements documentation.
• Experience using data and product analytics to defineKPIs, evaluate outcomes, and drive prioritization and continuous improvement.

• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders,influencing in matrixed organizations, and communicating effectively withsenior leadership.
• Understanding of system integration concepts, APIecosystems, SaaS products, and legacy modernization considerations.
• Working knowledge of data governance, privacy, accessmanagement, and enterprise risk considerations relevant to digital products.
• Strong problem-solving, structured thinking,facilitation, and decision-making skills with the ability to balance userneeds, technical constraints, and business value.
