Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Product Design team. You will lead end-to-end product experiences across client-facing and internal platforms, translating business needs into intuitive designs.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers and researchers, rely on UX, UI, and information architecture, and contribute to design systems while exploring AI-assisted tools to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong foundation in UX, UI, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant experiences.
• Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design of end-to-end product experiences across client-facing and internal platforms.
• Translate business needs and user insights into clear, intuitive, and scalable solutions.
• Improve customer journeys and internal tools across the full lifecycle.
• Own design projects from concept to delivery, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals and drive outcomes.
• Design adaptive experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop, ensuring consistency and usability.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system and visual language.
