Job summary

Singlife in Singapore is seeking an experienced portfolio leader to drive risk-informed strategies across the customer, product and claims lifecycles. You will translate insights from large datasets into actionable initiatives, partnering Product, Actuarial, Distribution and Operations to boost persistency, growth and value while maintaining rigorous governance.

This role requires 8–12 years in insurance or analytics, strong communication, and a hands-on, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in insurance, actuarial, product, analytics or portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio reviews to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement across the customer and product lifecycle.
• Translate customer, claims, actuarial and financial insights into actionable portfolio strategies and interventions.
• Identify opportunities to improve product economics, persistency, customer lifetime value and sustainable growth.
• Develop robust business cases, prioritise initiatives and secure alignment for execution.
• Partner Product, Actuarial, Distribution, Claims and Operations teams to implement portfolio initiatives and drive outcomes.
• Deliver improvement in portfolio sustainability and performance with measurable business impact
• Identify, prioritise and drive portfolio interventions, tracking realised value and business outcomes from implementation
