Job summary

GIC Private Limited in Singapore seeks an AVP, Business Solutions & Analytics to partner with PESG functions, applying data engineering and quantitative analytics to deliver impactful solutions and new capabilities. Working with PESG teams across trading, risk and portfolio management, you will drive analytics initiatives and build scalable capabilities.

You will collaborate with researchers and portfolio managers across the Total Portfolio, building datasets, backtesting models, and scaling

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline with CFA/FRM preferred.
6-8 years of experience in asset management or financial services.
Strong programming and data skills in Python and SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools and data engineering.
Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and researchers.

Responsibilities

Define and refine PESG business solutions with senior Front Office stakeholders.
Translate investment questions into quantitative models and backtest them.
Plan capability roadmaps and demand management within PESG.
Source and structure datasets to support analytics and research.
Deliver timely, impactful analyses using AI-enabled workflows.
Collaborate with technology, operations, and risk teams to meet needs.
