Job summary

Qualifications

Degree holder with at least 8 years of relevant experience in securities market operations.
Strong understanding of market infrastructure and lifecycle processes.
Proven leadership with coaching and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead daily exchange operations across listings, trading, clearing and settlement.
Provide leadership during market incidents in a 24-hour environment.
Drive process reviews and improvements through automation and digitalisation.
Lead cross-functional projects to support new products and platform development.
Partner with regulators, issuers, members, vendors and internal stakeholders.
Identify operational risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Support talent development and build a high-performing team.
