Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an IT Project Senior Analyst to lead and coordinate project delivery within the Technology function.

The role requires deep IT project leadership experience, strong governance, and the ability to align resources, timelines and budgets with business objectives across teams. You will guide project teams, manage risks, communicate with stakeholders, and coach junior staff while delivering initiatives that impact multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant IT/Tech project management or project delivery experience.
• Strong regulatory and governance experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading and driving projects, coordinating teams, timelines, resources, risks and issues.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence different teams.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex project issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of the project team, identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet deadlines.
• Verifies project team adherence to control and risk implementations and standards.
• Determines scope and impact of project risks and issues; raises and resolves issues.
• Applies good understanding of IT project leadership concepts to resolve issues.
• Demonstrates how IT project leadership areas integrate to achieve business goals.
• Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complex situations.
• Impacts delivery and planning; influences resource planning and budgeting.
• Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy; may negotiate with external parties.
• Assesses risk when business decisions are made, safeguarding Citi's reputation and assets and ensuring compliance.
