Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise-wide HSSE initiatives.
• Strong aviation safety principles with relevant auditing experience.
• Experience coaching safety professionals and maintaining accountability.
• Excellent change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strategic thinker with governance, financial and systems insight.
• Experience in highly regulated safety-critical environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the Singapore Hub HSSE strategy, policies, and risk management.
• Oversee SMS effectiveness and regulatory alignment.
• Foster proactive safety culture across all units and levels.
• Direct certification and assurance programmes including ISO45001 and ISAGO.
• Manage HSSE audit, inspection, and compliance program.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Utilize HSSE data and analytics to identify emerging risks.
• Provide strategic advisory to senior leadership on HSSE risks.
• Represent SATS in engagements with regulators and industry bodies.
• Develop HSSE capability and leadership through training and succession.
