GIC is seeking an AVP, HR Business Partner to join the Human Resource & Organization Department. You will support talent programs, collaborate with senior management, and balance business objectives with employee needs to drive performance.
You will act as a trusted advisor, contribute to talent policy, and help shape HR practices that elevate engagement and outcomes across departments.

The Human Resource & Organization Department champions the people agenda for GIC. We invest in talent and organization development to maximize the potential of our people for long-term sustainable performance. We are organized by strategic HR domains and work in partnership with business groups to manage talent and build impactful teams. Our HR domains are: Talent & Organization Strategies, GIC School, Talent Acquisition, Graduate Recruitment, HR Business Partnership, People Analytics & Solutions, and People Operations & Advisory.
You will be part of the HR Business Partnering team, responsible for supporting talent programs and initiatives for the departments you cover. This is an individual contributor role that collaborates closely with a senior HR Business Partner to drive the people agenda for the relevant departments. You will be a trusted advisor to department senior management on key talent practices to enable business performance goals. You are expected to be a proactive communicator and change agent, who can successfully balance business objectives, talent priorities and employee needs to create impactful solutions. You will also contribute to talent policy formulation as a thought partner, enabling HR policies and practices that drive higher employee engagement and desired business outcomes.
