Job summary

State Street Fund Services (Singapore) PTE. LIMITED is seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead our AIS team. You will manage client relationships, oversee fund accounting and reporting, and coordinate audits for private equity and real estate funds.

Ideal candidates have 10 years of accounting experience, strong IFRS knowledge, and proven leadership. This role reports to the AIS leadership in Singapore and offers global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in accountancy and professional accounting qualification.
• 10 years of accounting experience including private equity and/or real estate funds, with some managerial exposure.
• Sound knowledge of FRS/IFRS and strong process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen client relationships and manage communications with stakeholders.
• Prepare and review financial statements, NAV calculations, and investor notices.
• Coordinate audits/tax returns with external accounting firms and ensure timeliness.
• Lead, develop and appraise staff; ensure quality and on-time deliverables.
• Coordinate with offshore centers and internal teams to maintain controls.
