Job summary

Tangspac Consulting Group is seeking an AVP for Electronic Execution Services within the Institutional Business. The role focuses on ASEAN market microstructure, execution strategies, and client-facing advisory across a multinational client base.

You will work with product and technology teams to implement client feedback, support onboarding, and help drive platform enhancements for better trading outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field.
• CMFAS certificates (M1A, M5, M6, M6A) or exempted; M2A is a plus.
• At least 4 years of relevant trading/execution experience in ASEAN equities.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME on ASEAN market microstructure, execution strategies and liquidity dynamics.
• Advise clients on electronic execution solutions, algos, smart order routing and workflows.
• Monitor ASEAN market structure, exchange initiatives and regulatory changes impacting trading.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to communicate client feedback and drive enhancements.
• Coordinate with sales trading, onboarding, product, compliance and ops for smooth client onboarding.
• Support strategic initiatives to enhance trading capabilities and client stickiness.
