Job summary

Mizuho Bank, Ltd in Singapore is seeking a data-driven professional to join our Business Planning & Control team within Corporate Banking. You will perform data processing tasks, monitor target figures, and support daily balance reporting and staff updates.

You will manage projects for new and existing implementations, maintain reports, and drive automation to improve efficiency and profitability. A 2–3 year data analysis background and Excel/PowerQuery expertise are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• 2-3 years professional experience in data analysis or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Pivot, Macro and PowerQuery.
• Experience with RPA is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data processing: verify data, clean-up, link to target staff, provide figures to stakeholders.
• Project management of new and existing implementations; update customer lists; daily balance/transaction reporting; maintain database reports.
• Contribute to Operational Excellence by developing new reports, refining profit projections, and driving automation.
