Job summary
THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks a Failure Analysis Engineer (LCD Board) to support avionics engineering matters, analyze product failures, and liaise with HQ and customers on quality issues.
The role requires a degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with relevant failure analysis experience, and familiarity with MS Office tools. Based at Bedok South, Singapore, 5 days a week, with standard working hours.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Diploma with 3 years of failure analysis experience.
- Knowledge of electronics troubleshooting.
- Familiar with manufacturing equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Support avionics engineering matters related to product specifications and changes.
- Liaise with HQ and customers on product analysis and quality.
- Perform root cause analysis on returns and in-process failures.
- Conduct inspections and analytical tests per engineering specifications.
- Prepare Customer Claim / In-process Analysis Reports.
- Prepare repair procedures and monthly analyses of failures.
- Liaise with HQ for higher-level product analysis support.
- Ensure analysis equipment and tools are maintained and functional.
