CHANGI AIRPORT PLANNERS AND ENGINEERS PTE. LTD. leads a project management team for the future Terminal 5 development with a focus on Integrated Building Management System and EMS interfaces.

You will guide project inception, planning, execution and completion while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to meet quality, schedule and budget targets. This role requires a strong background in IBMS/SCADA, IT infrastructure, OT cybersecurity and effective communication to drive complex

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
8+ years of experience in project management and control systems.
Experience in systems integration for IBMS/SCADA and IT infrastructure.
Airport/mixed-use development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead management of IBMS and EMS interfaces.
Coordinate across contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
Ensure deliverables meet schedule, budget and quality targets.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation with clear communication.
