Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in building and M&E maintenance.
• Ability to review preventive and corrective maintenance activities for quality and safety.
• Experience liaising with service providers to ensure timely maintenance or repair works.

Responsibilities

• Review preventive and corrective maintenance works to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards and regulations.
• Lead technical investigations in response to fault calls.
• Review documentation on procedures and schedules of maintenance works.
• Track inventory levels of spare parts, consumables and non-consumables.
• Prepare technical reports and monthly reports where required.
• Conduct risk assessments in accordance with regulatory and organisational Workplace Safety and Health policies.
