Job summary

SAFRAN ELECTRONICS & DEFENSE SERVICES ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Singapore to oversee goods receipt, internal distribution, outbound shipments, and inventory accuracy.

You will work closely with workshop, sales, and logistics partners to ensure efficient store operations. Responsibilities include managing receiving, issuing, documentation, and compliance with safety and aviation standards.

Qualifications

• O-level with 3 years experience in store inventory control and shipping.
• Proficient in inventory computerized systems, preferably SAP B1.
• Good keyboard and typing skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• CAAS paper of L11 or L12 would be an added advantage.
• Preferably with knowledge of the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

• Goods Receiving & Issuance: manage receipt of incoming goods and issuance to workshop.
• Shipping Management: organize and execute shipments to customers with external forwarders.
• Stakeholder Liaison: collaborate with sales, workshop, and logistics partners.
• Documentation: handle and archive all store activity records meticulously.
• Safety & Compliance: adhere to safety standards and report discrepancies.
• Project Participation: participate in store-related projects and ad-hoc tasks.
• HSE Compliance: follow HSE regulations and company policies; participate in programs.
• Officer Role: take on appointed HSE roles as required.
