Job summary

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) is seeking a senior cybersecurity oversight professional to shape aviation cybersecurity policy and regulation. You will lead a team, oversee compliance programs, and coordinate with stakeholders to strengthen the sector's cyber resilience.

Candidates should have extensive experience in policy, incident response, and regulatory oversight, plus relevant certifications and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 10-15 years of direct cybersecurity experience in policy, incident response and compliance.
• Active professional cybersecurity certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of information security governance and risk management.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement aviation cybersecurity policies and regulations.
• Develop oversight programmes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on resiliency initiatives.
• Plan and conduct cybersecurity exercises for aviation sector.
• Manage responses to cybersecurity incidents and threats.
• Engage with international partners to align standards.
• Keep abreast of industry practices and recommend controls.
