Job summary

The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore is seeking a senior professional to lead and supervise cybersecurity governance for Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) across Government, Transport, Services and Utilities. You will engage regulators and CIIs owners to strengthen cyber resiliency, drive policy implementation, and coordinate with international partners.

Qualifications

Experience formulating and implementing cybersecurity policies.
12–15 years in IT/OT with governance, risk, compliance or cyber consulting.
Relevant qualifications in science, engineering, or cyber-related disciplines.
Strong knowledge of network, app, database and OS security; cloud security and IoT security desired.
Professional certifications such as CISM/CRISC/CGEIT/CISA preferred; CISSP/GIDC/GDSA/GICSP desired.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Direct, supervise and administer cybersecurity governance and legislative framework.
Engage regulators, CIIs owners, and international bodies on cyber risk management.
Collaborate with senior leaders and manage a team of officers if assigned.
Provide opportunities for engagement with foreign government cybersecurity agencies.
