Qualifications

• Experience with the Avaloq platform (development and/or configuration).
• Knowledge of banking domains: Wealth Management, Core Banking, Payments, or Lending.
• Ability to bridge business and technology with a techno-functional mindset.
• Experience in Avaloq scripting, parameterization, and interface development preferred.
• Familiarity with system integration, APIs, and data structures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow beyond a pure technical role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Avaloq platform across banking modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end project delivery including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Contribute to system enhancements, upgrades, and integration with surrounding banking systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, efficient solutions.
• Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Continuously upskill in techno-functional areas and emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities.
