Job summary

Cycle & Carriage in Singapore is seeking a skilled automotive technician for our Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Centre. You will perform installation, testing, maintenance and repair work to meet customer requirements and manufacturer specifications.

Your role includes maintenance and repair tasks, electrical installations, diagnostics, and ensuring quality checks for roadworthiness, while upholding safety and conduct standards.

Qualifications

Minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology or related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant automotive service and repair experience.
Mercedes-Benz CMT/CST/CDT level holders have added advantage.
Valid Class 3 driving license.
Basic command of English (written and verbal).
Team player with initiative and a positive learning attitude.

Responsibilities

Carry out maintenance service and repair work and report defects found.
Able to perform electrical installation jobs and troubleshoot installation problems.
Able to carry out medium to complex diagnostics as assigned.
Be accountable for parts, materials, and customer belongings during repair.
Perform quality checks to ensure roadworthiness before delivery.
Ensure vehicles comply with manufacturer standards and safety rules.
