Job summary

Cycle & Carriage, a leading automotive group in Singapore, is seeking a Mercedes-Benz Diagnosis Specialist to join our team. You will perform hands-on diagnostics and provide solutions for premium Mercedes-Benz vehicles, while supporting workshop colleagues and customers to uphold the brand's high quality.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive diagnostics, familiarity with Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systems, and a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive diagnostics for luxury vehicles.
• Mercedes-Benz CDT certification is highly preferred; valid Singapore Class 3 license.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on diagnostics and troubleshooting for Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Provide real-time support to workshop teams with diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement updates and modifications.
• Maintain documentation of diagnostic findings and repairs to Mercedes-Benz standards.
