Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a software test automation engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca or Tricentis Neoload across desktop, web, and mobile applications.

You will create reusable, modular tests, apply model-based automation, collaborate with business analysts and developers, and develop comprehensive test plans. The role involves executing tests and reporting issues to ensure quality releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 2–5 years hands-on experience with Tosca or Neoload.
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and automation tools (Selenium).

Job description

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca Test Automation or Tricentis Neoload for various applications (desktop client , web, mobile)
• Create reusable and modular test scripts to streamline the testing process.
• Automate functional, regression, integration, and smoke tests using Tricentis's model-based approach.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand testing requirements and application functionality.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases for automation.
• Execute automated test cases and monitor results, ensuring all issues are identified and reported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years hands-on experience using Tricentis Tosca or Tricentis Neoload (advanced knowledge of similar tools is also acceptable)
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, etc) and automation tools (e.g., Tosca, Selenium, etc).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
