Job summary

NCS is a leading AI Tech Services company in Singapore seeking a Test Engineer to lead software testing efforts and ensure alignment with client requirements. The role involves preparing test plans, executing tests, coordinating with teams, and supporting UAT/OSAT to verify operational readiness.

Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a proactive, quality-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT/testing experience and strong knowledge of test methodology.
• Hands-on with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) appreciated.
• ISTQB certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze testing requirements to prepare test plans and design/test cases.
• Advise project team on design considerations to meet requirements.
• Prepare test beds and environments for test execution.
• Execute tests according to design/test cases and report results.
• Coordinate testing activities to meet project schedules.
• Support UAT/OSAT with end users to ensure operational requirements.
• Recommend and maintain automated testing tools and frameworks.
