Job summary

FONG'S ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a responsible technician to provide technical support, service, maintenance and repair of automation lines and equipment. You will perform performance tests, evaluate processes, offer feedback for improvements, update documentation, and maintain tools and test equipment.

• Provides technical support.
• Services, maintains & repairs automation line & equipments.
• Operates, setup & trouble shoot automation line & equipments.
• Manages spare parts inventory.
• Guides & directs operators on basic operation of automation line & equipments.
• Perform performance test runs & evaluates processes.
• Provides feedbacks & improvements of the automation line & equipments.
• Performs document & file process changes, start up forms, Preventive Maintenance(PM) schedules.
• Maintains & upkeep of tools, gauges & test equipments.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
