Job summary

Matrix Automation Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking engineers to program PLC and HMI software for automation projects, and to set up ABB robots and Omron vision systems. The role includes electrical design, drawing and BOM preparation, and extensive project documentation such as FAT/SAT, instruction manuals, and validation reports.

Responsibilities also cover machine setup, testing, site commissioning, and field support for customer issues or training sessions.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Master in a Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Min 3 years' experience in Customization Automation Equipment.
• Experience in PLC programming for Omron/ Beckhoff/ Allen Bradley.
• Experience in HMI programming for Hakko/ Omron.
• Experience in AutoCad software.

Responsibilities

• PLC (e.g. Omron, Beckhoff) & HMI (e.g. Omron, Hakko) software Programming.
• Industrial Robot (e.g. ABB) & Vision system (e.g. Omron) setup & programming.
• Electrical design and review, drawing and BOM etc.
• Documentation for projects, such as FAT/SAT, ISO Instruction manual, validation reports.
• Machine set-up, Testing & site commissioning
• Support fieldwork for customer issues or training purpose
