Job summary

The role requires a Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, 2+ years of experience, and proficiency with 3D CAD tools such as AutoCAD and Unigraphics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
• 2+ years in designing automation equipment
• Proficient in 3D CAD (AutoCAD, Unigraphics)
• Willing to travel overseas for work installation
• Experience in project management is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high speed/high precision automatic machines and systems to specifications.
• Handle machine troubleshooting, alignment, testing, installation, and commissioning.
• Manage automation projects to meet costs, schedule, and specification requirements.
• Provide machine work instruction, technical information, and guidance to technicians.
• Prepare mechanical equipment and materials requisition for project work and ensure items meet specifications.
• Coordinate with departments and third-party integrators to deliver automated and robotic equipment.
• Calibrate machines and testing procedures before delivery to customers.
• Oversee project team and schedule.
