Job summary

Synapxe invites final-year diploma students in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or Data Analytics to join as interns. You will gain hands-on experience by developing automation workflows, testing solutions, and documenting processes to support health tech initiatives.

You will work on process automation, data validation, and exploring new technologies like Power Apps, Power Automate, RIP/Ei, and UiPath to improve operational efficiency in healthcare technology projects.

Qualifications

Final-year diploma student in IT, BIS, Data Analytics or related.
Basic understanding of SDLC.
Familiarity with testing methodologies (SIT/UAT/regression).
Basic knowledge of SQL, databases or data analysis concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Develop and maintain automation workflows for email processing, website transactions, document handling and data validation activities.
Support testing, troubleshooting and enhancement of automation solutions.
Assist in workflow documentation, process mapping and user requirement gathering.
Perform data validation and reporting using Excel and automation tools.
Explore new automation technologies and propose efficiency-improvement solutions.
