Job Description
PLC Programming & Control System Development
- Design and develop control systems using WAGO PLC platforms.
- Program automation logic and control sequences from scratch based on project requirements.
- Integrate sensors, instruments, and industrial field devices into control systems.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and commissioning activities.
Technical Documentation & Tender Review
- Prepare technical specifications for automation and control system projects.
- Review and interpret customer tender documents and technical requirements.
- Ensure alignment between project scope, design, and customer specifications.
- Provide technical input during proposal and tender clarification stages.
Project Implementation & Field Support
- Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
- Provide on-site technical support during project execution and post-deployment.
- Work closely with project and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
R&D and Solution Development
- Participate in research and development of automation solutions and system improvements.
- Develop and prototype new control logic and system functions.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies, PLC features, and industrial communication protocols.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation platforms and system performance.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Control Systems, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience in WAGO PLC programming or similar industrial automation platforms is required.
- Proven ability to develop control systems and programming logic from scratch.
- Experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, or system integration projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD/SolidWorks and knowledgeable in single-line diagrams, with the ability to understand, interpret, and develop technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Familiar with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to provide on-site technical support when required.
