Job summary

STATS CHIPPAC PTE. LTD. is seeking an Automation Engineer to support production UI automation and system integration across manufacturing and hardware control. You will work on data automation, testing, and scripting to connect data connectivity with databases.

The role requires a diploma/degree in relevant engineering fields and programming experience in VB/Java/Unix/Linux/Python, with exposure to big data analytics.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Electrical and Electronics, Mechatronics or Computer Engineering.
Programming experience in VB/Java/Unix/Linux/Python or DB scripting.
Exposure to big data analytics.

Responsibilities

Support production UI automation.
Map and optimize system automation for manufacturing, equipment, and quality processes.
R&D on system upgrades and data communication protocols.
Test big data integration and server hardware inventory for full system integration.
Develop scripting for data connectivity and automation with databases.
Support production automation requests, validate and troubleshoot abnormalities.
Review UI automation requests and manage projects with IT partners.
