Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an F10 Probe Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automation software for factory operations.

You will partner with site manufacturing to boost productivity and collaborate with global teams to enable autonomous material delivery within the factory. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of automation solutions, identify optimization opportunities through data analysis, and drive AI-enabled improvements while adhering to standards

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong Perl or Python, SQL, and web tech skills.
• Experience with Linux-based systems and scripting.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Ability to learn new languages quickly.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain automation software for factory operations.
• Collaborate with site manufacturing teams to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Work with global automation teams to enable autonomous mobile robot solutions.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle: design, develop, deploy, monitor, and improve.
• Identify automation opportunities via data analysis and dashboards.
• Support day-to-day production operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
