Job summary

Qualifications

• Major: Industrial automation or related majors

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation and maintenance of the computerized control system in STA.
• Develop and manage maintenance procedures to ensure safety and reliability of the control system.
• Ensure GMP/EHS requirements are met and support audits.
• Formulate and improve maintenance procedures for the automatic control system to ensure factory operation and product quality.
• Manage automation control system projects, budgets, and progress for new builds and renovations.
• Coordinate automation system suppliers and construction to ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct deviation surveys related to the control system and prevent recurrence.
• Review change requests to control systems and mitigate impacts.
• Develop automation transformation plans from daily errors and efficiency improvements.
• Design framework and test plan for new workshop control system and coordinate commissioning work.
• Review, register, and archive documents for the automatic system.
• Establish and optimize operation processes, train staff, and ensure implementation.
• Oversee subordinate staff management, coaching, and performance assessments.
