Job summary

You will champion infrastructure-as-code and robust CI/CD pipelines while applying SRE principles and collaborating with development teams to ensure DR readiness and secure software delivery. Proficiency with Kafka/MQ is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of progressive experience in DevOps, SRE, or technical infrastructure roles.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python/Java for automation and SRE tooling, with Linux administration experience.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and Jira with Agile methods.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles including SLOs, error budgets, monitoring, and incident management.
• Foundational to intermediate knowledge of Kafka and MQ messaging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced SRE tooling and automation using Python/Java.
• Drive adoption and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance; implement preventive automation.
• Collaborate with teams to embed SRE, define SLOs, and ensure DR readiness.
• Provide secondary support for Kafka and MQ, including administration and troubleshooting.
• Conduct architectural reviews and guide best practices for reliability, security, and compliance.
