Job summary

QIDONGJINHUA CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a drafting-focused professional in Singapore to produce Architectural and Structural drawings.

You will liaise with supervisors and engineers to gather requirements, prepare sketches and ensure drawings comply with safety standards, while maintaining organized records. The role requires independence, attention to detail, and strong communication for coordination with main contractors and project teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD with Revit knowledge advantageous.
• Experience in RC structural works and Wet Trade construction projects.
• Familiar with Singapore construction standards and drawing requirements.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with supervisors and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs.
• Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineer's and supervisors' team.
• Review and revise drawings to meet design and safety standards.
• Maintain organized and easily accessible drawing records.
• Prepare Architectural and Structural drawings.
• Coordinate with main contractors for execution of shop drawings.
• Maintain proper record for drawings and information.
• Create drawings from written and verbal specifications obtained from Engineer.
• Complete task assigned by superior and perform other relevant duties when needed.
• Experience in construction M&E works.
