Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a Claims Admin Assistant in Singapore (location: Ubi). You will assist the Claims Administrator with daily claims tasks and support estimates; prepare GIA reports and handle submission of initial claims to insurers; maintain accurate records for claims.

Training is provided for candidates with lesser experience, and those with relevant claims admin experience in automotive or related sectors have an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Claims Admin Assistant is preferred, automotive or related industry is advantageous.
• Training will be provided for those without / with lesser experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Claims Administrator with daily claims-related tasks.
• Support the preparation and processing of estimates.
• Prepare and type GIA reports accurately.
• Assist with the submission of initial claims to insurance companies.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for claims.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
